Basic Site Map:

It's in the header but essentially it's going to be this:

Funding - Simple graphics of how much funding NYPD receives (includes where the money comes from & goes)
Training - or the lackthereof. This is pretty straightforward. What minimal training the NYPD and other police departments are receiving when lives are literally in their hands everyday
Body Camera - also self-explanatory.
Weapons - the weaponry that officers have access to never seems to be used in the right situation. What exactly is in their toolbelt?
Defuning - police departments all around the US are being defunded right now -- AWESOME!
Future - past defunding, what do leftists, abolitionists, and the like hope to happen with policing in the future
In Loving Memory - a dedication to the many lives lost to police brutality and a hope that change comes soon

Design Strategy:

I'm debating between a hyper-futuristic theme or something reminiscent of the early 2000s. I think hyper-futuristic would convey an idea that we're "past" the events I'm writing about in the website (when we definitely aren't) while the 2000's theme would kinda just look bad (on purpose?)
